What do you mean by “Free Same Day Shipping”?

Orders for stocking items will be shipped on the day we receive the order, provided that the order is placed prior to 2:00 pm eastern time, on a business day. Orders that include out of stock items will ship when the items come into stock. Delivery usually occurs within 1-2 business days. However, couriers have been delayed since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. Please review tracking information to check the status of your order.

How can I check the status of my order?

Your order status will be updated on your account. To check the status of your order, login to your account, and select the My Account tab. Your order history will appear. Select the hyperlink of the order that you want to track. When the items in your order are fulfilled, you will receive an email update with associated tracking information.

How much does shipping cost?

All orders under $75.00 are subject to a shipping fee of $13.90. Expedited shipping is available for $19.90. All orders above $75.00 ship free of charge, except for order that contain furniture, or for orders that are being delivered to a remote location. Clients who order furniture or who are in a remote location are subject to additional delivery charges.

Do I need an account to place orders?

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No, we do not have a minimum order quantity.

Do you accept orders from outside of Canada?

Currently, we only service the Canadian market.
